    Special provisions for recognition of prior learning (formal, non-formal, informal): Minimum requirements for the knowledge, skills and bachelor's skills required to begin a master's degree program that meet approved discipline programs for the training of a bachelor's degree in the specialty 133 Industry Engineering.

     Programme requirements
    The competences acquired:
    Knowledge and understanding:
- ability to solve difficult tasks of projecting wheel vehicles and general problems of the branch mechanical engineering that require researches;
- ability to accept reasonable decisions;
- ability to studying and self-studying;
- ability to apply knowledge in practice.

    Application of knowledge and understanding (Applying knowledge and understanding):
1. ability to improve analytical methods and computer software to solve engineering tasks of the branch mechanical engineering, especially in the conditions of uncertainty;
2. ability to apply modern scientific facts concepts, theories, principles in branch mechanical engineering;
3. ability to define technical-economic efficiency of machines and processes;
4. ability to develop plans and projects aimed at achieving the set goal;
5. ability to apply norms of the branch mechanical engineering;
6. ability to use knowledge in solving tasks of enhancing production quality.

    Making judgments:
1. knowledge of mechanics and mechanical engineering as well as ability to define prospects of their development;
2. ability to improve exploitation of the objects and processes of the branch mechanical engineering based on the automated control systems;
3. ability to set and solve tasks applying modern engineering methods of calculation;
4. skills in experimenting and result analysing.
5. understanding and ability to apply methods of constructing machines and mechanical engineering equipment;
6. ability to project similar equipment;
7. ability to combine theory and practice for solving engineering tasks;
8. skills in projecting means of technical controlling to assess object and process parameters in branch mechanical engineering;
9. ability to develop machines and equipment of branch mechanical engineering based on the automated projecting system;
10. skills in solving tasks on enhancing product quality;
11. ability to apply modern machine projecting technologies aimed at ensuring their strength, stability, durability and safety of blocks and automobile parts;
12. ability to develop methodology, organize and conduct experimental researches and analyse their results;
13. skills in conducting experimental researches of the exploitation properties of the wheel transport vehicles;
14. ability to analyse peculiarities of construction and forecast behaviour of transport vehicles in various conditions of exploitation, substantiate technical engineering decisions on their modernization.

    According to the State professions classifier of Ukraine (DK 003:2010) the person is entitled to occupy the following positions: development engineer (mechanics), process engineer (mechanics), engineer of fuel and lubricants, engineer of diagnosing technical conditions of automobile-tractor park, engineer of automobile-tractor park exploitation, standardization engineer,  controlling engineer, engineer-laboratory worker, processing engineer.

    Professional status
    Educational component of the program is being realized in the course of 3 semesters, 90 credits, and contains the courses in the corresponding cycles, providing general training, acquiring knowledge in the chosen speciality.
